Drawn from the deep, cold waters of Scotland, This is the finest cold-smoked, farm-raised, Atlantic salmon MacKnight offers. Scottish fish has a higher fat content which provides deeper smoke flavor and more moist slices.

Similar to the Authentic Scottish cousin except the country of origin for the salmon is Chile. Expect to get as fine a slice of cold-smoked salmon, but at a slightly lower cost. You’ll note a consistent product, with fewer lines through each slice.
