This SCOTTISH DAWN® Smoked Salmon has been
produced from only the finest, hand-selected Atlantic
Salmon. Following a traditional Scottish recipe, we dry cure the
salmon with a natural blend of salt and sugar and then cold smoke
over smoldering oak wood chips. The salmon is fully trimmed by hand and
vacuum packed for ultimate freshness. This luxury smoked salmon is Kosher
certified and ready to eat.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Serve our Smoked Salmon at ambient
room temperature. Separate the slices
and let the smoked salmon breathe –
you’ll be amazed how the flavor
deepens and the silky texture
improves!
For a simple snack, serve the
smoked salmon on a toasted bagel
with cream cheese, sliced onions,
tomatoes and capers. Or, impress
your friends with a smoked salmon
hors d'œuvre. Lightly toast fresh
brown bread, remove the crusts and
cut into small squares. Wrap the
smoked salmon around a small
portion of cream cheese and place
on the toast. Garnish with your
choice of caviar or salmon roe.
