Drawn from the deep, cold waters of Scotland, This is the finest cold-smoked, farm-raised, Atlantic salmon MacKnight offers. Scottish fish has a higher fat content which provides deeper smoke flavor and more moist slices. Available in 4 & 8 oz packs 2.5—4.0 lb Side packages

Similar to the Authentic Scottish cousin except the country of origin for the salmon is Chile. Expect to get as fine a slice of cold-smoked salmon, but at a slightly lower cost. You’ll note a consistent product, with fewer lines through each slice.
